well yes u guessed it right!! open battery info and if the battery health is poor then take it out and throw it away :)

Well i suggest you not to use this code till you are very much sure of it this will reset the phone back to factory set up that means all the app data and contacts are gone!! this will become necessary in case of emergency :)
